Troubleshooting

"TronLink not found" Install the TronLink browser extension from the official Chrome Web Store. Refresh the page after installation.

"Insufficient USDT balance" Your wallet does not have enough USDT for the selected pool. Transfer USDT (TRC-20) to your wallet first.

"Approval rejected" You declined the USDT approval in your wallet. Try again and confirm the approval prompt.

"Duplicate commitment" The generated note collided with an existing one (extremely rare). Click Deposit again to generate a new note.

"Note already spent" This note has already been used to withdraw. Each note can only be used once.

"Root expired" Too many new deposits occurred between your proof generation and withdrawal submission. Click Withdraw again to generate a fresh proof.

"Invalid note format" Check that you pasted the complete note starting with "8mix-" and that the pool amount matches.

"WalletConnect project ID not configured" WalletConnect requires a project ID. Contact the 8mix team or use TronLink instead.

"Pool contract not deployed" The selected pool is not yet active on mainnet. Choose a different pool or check back later.
